I'm having a problem program a burn in the X direction as a undercut. I'm using a Charmillies roboform 51 with the SPS programing software. For some reason it keeps burning in the X positive direction when I need it to burn in the X minus direction. Anybody out there that can help would be very apprecated. Toolz |

| Yes I do have a C-Axis but its not coming into play right now. All I'm tring to do is move off piece in the X in positive direction, Bring down my Z to depth (to do a undercut). Now start the burn cycle and burn(move) in the X minus direction. then come back to where I started then lift my Z up. |

| From what I can remember the burn program should look something like this. The AXE/ X gets it burning in the X axis, the FROM gets changed to how far off the part your starting position is in the X in stead of the Z, and from there on it is the same as buring down in the Z. I was working with a roboform 2000. Code: AXE/ X FROM/ X,.1,Y,0,Z,0 DOWN/ L,-.2, .... ORB ..... ORB ..... ORB .....,RET |
