| Hi all my first post here ![]() Ok im not new to Edgecam have done several Postprocessor over the years. But im having this problem. Using a 2-axis lathe with C-axis and its a Siemens 810D When im milling at radial(wrap) and the toolpath goes from eg 340 degress too 10 degress the c-axis do a G00 rewind to 10 degress. How do i prevent this in my post or is it a G-code to set? Second Is there anywya to get the Post to output all toolpath in radialmode too Incremental output? Best Regards |

| Hello, Look at your PPF file to see what cycle is causing this behaviour. To locate where the C move is coming from go into your CGD file and activate the Code Constructor Trace. You can find that option in 'NC Style, G-Codes and Modality'. You can then locate the proper code constructor. It may be a setting under Machine Parameters, or NC Style, or a token that is saving your C move information and outputting it a second time. Once you find where it is coming from then see if you can change a setting in your cycle, otherwise you may need to edit the post. Regards, Jeremiah |
