Here are some posts that I am using with edgecam that I thought I would share with anyone who is interested, If you have any posts that you would like to share post them here. If you have any questions About my posts let me know and I will do what I can to help. This post is for a Haas super minimill There is a G07 command with each tool change,on my machine i have made a program to move the table to a safe position every time there is a tool change Because there is limited space with this machine while using the rotary And is used evry time there is a G07 command Here is the program M05 M09 G40 G00 G53 Z4.4 G53Y0 G53X-16. M99 A very simple program but I needed to put it in with every tool change and it was easier to asign it to its own G code and just type G07 instead. If you want to remove th G07 command go to the code generator, Code constructors, Tool change, And remve it from First tool change,General tool change, and last tool change |

| Thanks for sharing. What's the trick to getting the machine modifications to stick? I tried to change a post by changing the machine shape, saved it and compiled it, but even when I reopen the file, the machine is back to the original. Thanks Eric |
