Is there a utility within edgecam that allows you to create a drawing? For example a drawing for a cutter. Also, is there a way to print a sketch to scale.

Edgecam's Part Modeler allows you to do what you are asking.

Otherwise you could draw it in Edgecam in the Design Mode using the drawing utilities that it offers. It'll get you by, but it doesn't have as many options as Part Modeler.
