why is this? from the "input" toolbar, the button stays grayed out, is there something I have to do first? Wether I'm in design mode or manufacture, its no use by the way, I'm trying to put a point at the center of all arcs of certain radius, but I'm stumped at the first step I don't need full blown solid machinist license to do something this simple do I? I got entry milling version 12.5 if it helps thanks in advance Kenny |

| Hello Kenny, You need to have a command active that requires input, such as creating a line or an arc or using the delete command. For points at the center of arcs, in the menu click Geometry > Point, check the box that says 'Arc Centre', then window select all of your arcs. A freeware utility called 'Group Holes by Diameter' will handle this a lot better. Thanks Kenny, Jeremiah Stikeleather |
