In the code constructor there are three areas of toolchange: First toolchange Core toolchange Last toolchange What is the "what and why" of each one? On my last post processor rewrite, there were only two tools, it used the core and the last on the second or last toolchange. Therefore putting out the second tool twice. What am I not getting? I am in the process of writing posts for Fadals, Hurco Hawk 40 and Mori NV5000. Thanks for the help. |

| they are seperate so you can force different things to happen. if you want some special action to happen at first or last toolchange but not every one. maybe you want to load tool 1 at the end of the program everytime or you want a M0 at the first tool on every program, this is where you set that up. for the older templates (which i think your using) i have all three filled out the same and don't have problems with double output. run code trace and see if you can narrow it down where its coming from. maybe get rid of info in last toolchange and see if it will still use general toolchange for output. for the new template i have first and core as basically the same then for last and general i use only the token "toolchange" (red one at top of list) and it uses the core process to output hope that helps i have wrote ones for fadals, okk, hurco vm1, haas vf3 wtr160 trunion and mori sieki vm5. i am currently writing new ones for my haas with the new templates and graphics. if you get stuck give me a hollar and maybe i can help. |
