Here is the post hopefully uploaded correctly.
Hi all,
Have made a post for Siemens 840d controller for our DMF600 and all looks good in code wizard. But when indexing in an Edge cam simulation the head goes way out of position. I am pretty confident that the post works but graphics in simulation look wrong. I tried to upload the cgd file for others to look over but said incorrect file type. Any Ideas.
Cheers

Ideas anyone??
Here is my latest post I made but the B and C axis get put around the wrong way when I generate code. Maybe there is something simple I have done wrong??
Cheers mate. I'll give that a crack! We have licensed version at work but they stopped there maintenance on it a couple of years ago so I don't think I am allow tech support any more. I have my for educational purposes only version at home that I test stuff on and for practice. My management at work are nobs and I think I am the only one interested in getting it working properly some times. I am hoping I can prove its worth so I can get the yearly maintenance happening again. We are currently stuck on version 2015R2. Thanks again buddy I'll let you know how I go.

Actually that wasn't the problem I think I explained myself incorrectly. All the data appears to be correct in the simulation window but when I generate the NC code the B axis positions are in the C axis and C axis positions are in the B axis. I'm sure it is something really simple I have missed but just can't see it for the life of me. All other data is spot on.

Sorry for the late reply, didnt notice until now :P
So look in your format table, your first rotary axis is B change to C and for second change to B
I though you meant they where going the wrong way :P
