Polar C-X "G12.1"

Is there any of you edgeCAM users that have a post that supports G12.1 for milling (with a lathe).
Tool axis paralell to "Z"-axis.
Trying to make a polygon.

what version of edgecam are you using?
what type of live tooling lathe are you using? the G12.1 and G13.1 should output automatically when you go into live tooling mode.

the code wizard should get you right there out of the box, just pick your machine and answer a couple questions.

to draw a polygon on lathe, change your CPL to axial and then dray in your X,Y and Z axis.

Hi, Johonas. I also worked fhew hours with xc problem. I use edgecam v11 and fanuc 21iTB control. Codewizard daewoo.. cy template. Following settings working for me.
-Code wizard - c/y axis functions
uncheck - uncheck "support cx interpolation"
check - polar switching automation
program caxis axial cutting moves - fanuc polar
program caxis rapid - true polar
- edgecam m-functions
before and after - xc interpolation -active/inactive
