Need Help!- joining 2 edgecam .nc programs

hi guys,ive been doing cnc for about a year and have had a 1 day edgecam solid machine milling course.
employer now thinks i can do anything,not.
i use an XYZ VMC1010 sinumerik milling mc,with 4 axis
just tried joining 2 .nc progs together to utilise 1 vice and 1 4axis spindle
independently,both programs work..but when i join together the mc in simulation says DIN-address R is not configured
in the sim it seems to break down at the change from G54 to G55 altho i cannot see any faults in the program.
im using edgecam 2010 R2
any info would be gratefully recieved

Hi Steve,

Any luck with this yet? Have you tried using Atrans instead of a G55?

not yet meegers,but we have narrowed it down somewhat.
when doing drilling G54 and G55 work perfectly.
but when we have drilling and either tapping or countersink cycles in first program this is when the DIN ADRRESS-R NOT CONFIGURED comes up.
what is "atrans"?
as said im a noob at this
