We have edgecam setup across a network, and when one user is in the toolstore and another tires to get in or run a strategy/pci,etc, the computer locks up until the original user gets out of the toolstore. Anyone else have this issue?
I have noted a similar situation when trying to "Generate" code -
but only if the "Job Manager" is active and someone on the network
has a Job Manager related item open.
When you put anything in the "Job Number" field
it automatically adds the tool info to the "Job Manager"
database that is part of the ToolStore database.
every time you click "Generate Code".
If someone has a Job Manager database related item open
you can't Generate Code.
If you don't use the "Job Manager" reports etc.
leave the "Job Number" field blank.
