Solid Edge to Edgecam

Hi All,

Hopefully someone here will be able to help.

We have a user who makes changes in Solid Edge to designs but when he tries to open them in Edgecam he is prompted that changes have been made, the other users get the same message and can just click "yes" and then the changes load up, but with this certain user when he clicks "yes" the program just closes.

turn reload off, and manually import the new file work?
