Wood Inlays

I'm trying to cut wood inlays and cannot seem to get thedia 2 parts to cut to the right size. the pocket is smaller then the insert ( profile). Using EdgeCAM and EMC2. They are identical in the cad software. The pocket is about a cutter dia too small.

Just a thought - check your tool diameter offsets.
