Sent another request to confirm if collets have been shipped, so far NO reply.
Hello all,
I purchased a 2.2kw water cooled spindle from love-happyshopping, fantastic service for delivery, unfortunately they forgot to include the collet set that I had included with the order. Despite a reply email to admit the error, I don't appear to be able to get a reply to my request for confirmation that they have shipped the collets.
Anyone else deal with this company, whats your experience

Just retrieved a reply from my spam folder.
The collets are not in stock, but will be sent as soon as they are.
I don't know how people feel about this information, but I for one think it's important to keep prospective buyers aware of the "live" reputation of potential sellers.
If nobody objects, i'll post an update.
Well after a number of chasing emails to lovehappyshopping, I received a reply, "can we refund collet"
I did reply with a (what else can I do) Yes, but of course stated that I was an unhappy customer, and to purchase in UK would be considerably more.
STILL awaiting refund .........
OK, issue has finally been resolved, had to mention that I am a subscribed member of cnc forums and that the issue was being publicised.
Remember, it's for the benefit of all you guys, it's my experience, and I personally believe that individual experiences should be publicised good AND bad, it either protects OR encourages others to purchase from the vendor.
