Our C7 grade (.0018/ft) ballscrew assemblies are superior in straightness and are polished for smooth operation comparable to ground ballscrews. Care is taken to ensure that the outside diameter is concentric with the balltrack – an important feature if you are handling your own end machining.

The zero backlash ballnuts are hardened and precision ground inside and out. Preload is accomplished by offsetting the balltracks, not by using oversized balls which leads to premature failure. The ballnuts have plastic seals and a lubrication port to promote a long service life.


END MACHINING

We offer standard end machining. Fixed End machining threaded section to accommodate a locknut. Free end machining comes with an output shaft for coupling or pulley attachment. You may specify the out shaft diameter to any size that is smaller than the inside diameter of the support block’s bearings. End machining at each end is available for additional charges.
