    Default KFLOP/Kanalog JP7 multiplex for using JP4/6 with stepper

    Nicely working 3 xis mill servos and glass scales; wish to add stepper driven 4th (5th in future). have to use multiplexed JP7 to JP4/6

    Before trying to set up the stepper I run c code in the window:

    main()
    {
    FPGA(STEP_PULSE_LENGTH_ADD)=32 + 0x40;
    }

    Questions: channels0,1,2 are servo(DAC) - this new stepper would be 3(or 3 and 4 in future) {spindle someday will be DAC3) the manual indicates that only JP4 pins 15&16 will drive open collector steppers on IO bits 24&25 on a SIgnal "Stepper one" according to chart on https://dynomotion.com/Help/StepAndD...StepAndDir.htm .

    So how do I address the channel controlling the stepper it seems I should call it 3 but i cant see how it knows to connect to multiplexed JP4 15&16.

    If I seem confused it because I am.

    Hi Oligocyte,

    After multiplexing Step/Dir Generator Outputs 0-3 to JP4 and JP6, JP4 pins 15 and 16 would be connected to Step/Dir Generator #1

    Configure your new KFLOP Axis #3 to use Step/Dir Generator #1.
