KmotionCNC 4.34H, init question

I have a question, when we run the kmotion software we have an init.c file that setups up the axis for Velocity, Acceleration, etc.

When you run KmotionCNC, there is a trajectory tab under the Tool Tab, there is the axis setup info as well with Velocity, Acceleration, etc.

When running KmotionCNC does it uses the settings in the trajectory tab? Or do I have to change them in the init.c program as well.
