Default Wire Processing Robot - by True Machine Design - using GoldCNC5 running on KFlop.

    Hi All,

Over the winter, I built this Wire Processing Robot; to make wires for the UL508a panels we build at True Machine Automation. May turn 4 days of wire making into approx. two days.

This is our GoldCNC5 running on the KFlop Motion Board, One Konnect Board; running KMotion ver. 4.33.

All this machine, is run using 1 GCode program and MCodes for running "C" programs and Inputs and Outputs.

This machine has X, Y, Z, A (Rotate Effector), C (Wire Feed). Some new parts, mostly surplus from previous jobs.

So far KFlop and KMotion has done everything I wanted it to... really like the system.

That is downright cool. Amazing the number of tasks you were able to perform with the single 4 axis robot.
