    Default A-axis rapid speeds

I recently added a rotary A axis, which, for the most part, works fine. Except when doing G0 rapid moves in conjunction with a move on another axis. The rotary has smaller motor so the move can't be as fast. When I do a "G0 Ann" move on it's own, it works fine. But when done with another axis move, like "G0 Ann Xnn", it goes way too fast and stalls the motor. I tend to think it should slow down the X move instead of speeding up the A move. I can easily change my code (and the Vectric post-processors) to split out the G0 A moves...but...just thought I see if it was a known problem that's maybe fixed in a more current release (I'm on 432a) or just the way it works.

    Thanks,

    randy

    Hi Randy,

That should have been fixed in Version 4.33d 08/29/2014. Please try released Version 4.33.
