Default Adjusting distance errors K2 CNC

as you may recall, a few months back i upgraded my computer and software and in the migration process whiped out some important data.
Tom was nice enough to assist and getting it back up and running, however I recently noticed that the actual cutting distance is off and am looking for info on how to adjust this.
I dont have Mach 3, just kmotion 429
    any help is greatly appreciated
    Thanks

Are you using KMotionCNC as the interface?
If it is, then if you go into tool setup, then the Trajectory planner tab, there should be a Counts per Inch setting for each axis.

You'll either need to calculate the steps per inch, or accurately measure a long distance and do some calculations to work out the correct steps per inch.
