Default Upgrading CNC to Add KFLOP Board, Hardware Connections

I'm working with the local community workshop/makerspace and they've got a CNC that they just recently hooked up with 3 phase power. The company that sold it to them (and thus offered support services) went out of business, but not before sending them a KFLOP board (shown in the photos linked) saying it needed to be upgraded/have the PC replaced. At least this is best understanding I've been able to gather considering this all happened before I started working here.

I'm linking to photos of the machine and the board, if anyone could give me instructions on how to connect everything together and get it working again that would be immensely helpful. I've tried looking at the documentation and the wiki and it's a bit overwhelming considering I'm not entirely sure what hardware is already in place.

Photos of the inside and outside of the machine

    Thank you in advance!

    Hi MKWhit,

Do you have any wiring diagrams? Finishing the system without any would be very difficult.

It looks like those AMC Motor drives are +/-10V Analog Drives so I would expect you to need the Kanalog option board to go with KFLOP.

It isn't even clear to me where the KFLOP+Kanalog was even intended to be placed.

You seem to have differential encoders based on the one breakout board having AAX+ AAX- ABX+ AB- signals for the X Encoder differential AB quadrature signals.
