    Exclamation configuring kflop

Hello I have a few question using the kflop. I followed the instructions and I have no movement

I have clearpath motors Step/dir driven

The wiring on the motors are thru JP5

    x axis is pin 38 and 39
    y axis is pin 40 and 41
    z axis is pin 42 and 43

IN the configuration I set channel 0 output to 5 and gain 1 (x axis)
IN the configuration I set channel 1 output to 6 and gain 1 (y axis)
IN the configuration I set channel 2 output to 7 and gain 1 (z axis)

I don't have the limits or homes yet so I left that 0

All the 5 volts and connected together (enable+,dir+,step+)

All the output neg are to it's respective pin on jp5. The only one that is on jp7 is the motor enable( IO bits 2,3,4)

These are the steps I am following

    1) set the configuration for all the motors as stated above in that order
    2) I save and download each channel
    3) I export all to c program thread 2
    4) I flash user memory
    5) I reboot the kflop
    6) I go into Digital I/0 Menu and enable the motors using IO bit 2,3,4 ( The motors enable as I see green light)
    7) I go into the step menu and press move(nothing happens)

Now I am puzzled Please help.

    Hi mac7988,

Do you have interface specifications for the ClearPath Drives?

You might try Open Collector Output Mode by adding 8 to OutputChan0 (use 13,14,15). See:
    Step and Direction Setup

You also might try increasing the pulse length as shown in SetStepPulseLength.c

You shouldn't need to Flash anything to KFLOP. To set KFLOP back to the default state Flash "New Version".
