I have a very similar overall setup an Acra mill with the Crusader II 3 axis setup. I know this is an old thread but if your still around do you have a schematic of your end result? Also did you use the existing servo drives I'm presuming? Thanks!

I didn't really make any schematics(stupid on my part), but I'd be happy to help in any capacity that I can. Yes I used all existing machine hardware minus the cnc control unit. What problems are you running into?
