The Gcode is being created by CamBam. It will do arcs in either incremental or absolute, but when the absolute lines are mixed with the incremental arcs, the output is ugly!

I believe that CamBam will output a radius value instead of the I & J as Tom suggested, but I'm trying to determine how to code the post to achieve that. Now that will be the solution, unless Kmotion also needs the lines in incremental, which apparently CamBam doesn't do. Then I will Have a BIG problem.

It shouldn't be. That's the way 99% of Mach3 users create their g-code.

Also, note that it's only the center of the arc that is incremental. The start and endpoints of both lines and arcs are absolute.

and a screenshot of the toolpath from Mach is attached. That giant arc is supposed to be the 3/8ish rad from the program.

    Okay, it's official, I'm stunned.

I just found out my Mach had the IJ mode in Config set to absolute instead of incremental.

    Yikes.

    Thanks for your time.
