    Hi MarunovV,

    It would be easier if you did one issue at a time and if you provided the specifics for your system.

    Which would you like to start with? What type is it and how is it wired in your system?

    Hi Tom!

    My configuration Kflop+kanalog+Mach3 with 3 DAC Servo motor and spindel with invertor HL3000! All connection to +-10V, 0-2 Dac 3 ch-sp! In C command the programs are high-usage in obedience to instruction Mach3 plagin!
    All coordinates work well!
    But, when I try to include spindel. Command m3 m4 m5 work in mach3 and light-emitting diodes shine but no rotation and in Console bode- notify plagin error!

    Hi Tom!

    I try connection 0 mark of linear scale encoder to Home limit. I use G-trigger, but however much kflop has time to work a signal! what time delay of Jp15 kanalog and whether there is more sensible port????????????

    Thank you!

    Hi MarunovV,

    Let's work on just one issue at a time - the Spindle.

    The first step is to test controlling the Spindle from KMotion.exe (not using Mach3). Can you control the Spindle speed from the KMotionConsole Screen?

    using commands like:

    DAC3=200
    DAC3=1000

    If you can control the speed then the next step is to determine the relationship of DAC value to spindle RPM.

    Do you have a spindle enable connected? Do you have a spindle Direction connected? if so how are they connected?

    Hi Tom!

    Chose to prescribe in Сonsole Bode-is work! But in a mach3, however writes - Bumbed PWM is minimum level!
    how to influence shpindle in C commands??

    Thank you!

    Hi MarunovV,

    I can't understand your question and you didn't answer my questions.

    But there is an example C program that you can use.

    SpindleMach3DAC.c

    Hi MarunovV,

    To determine the speed to DAC relationship, command a few different DAC values and for each one measure (or estimate) the RPM. Then plot these on a graph. Hopefully there will be a simple linear relationship such as:

    RPM = FACTOR x DAC

    I must write it in SpindleMach3DAC.c or other?
    How is it correct to write down it?

    P.S. Sorry for my English! Necessary to write with a translator!

    Hi MarunovV,

    The translation isn't working well.

    Did you do the test I explained?

    Hi MarunovV,

    Is the index signal a differential signal? If yes than you can connect it to any free differential input in Kanalog JP1 or JP2.

    Otherwise you might connect it to any 3.3V LVTTL input on KFLOP. If the signal drives above 3.8V you should add a series 100 ohm resistor.
