Can I get a little help with some settings for Stainless Steel 10 and 12 ga?

I am using the 40amp fine cut consumables....Hypertherm 1650 set at 45 amps. getting a real ragged cut with lots of slag. Very sure it is a simple adjustment to make this better.

I can't offer any real help other than saying go by the settings in your 1650 manual but if you post this down in the Hypertherm forum Jim Colt from Hypertherm will be all over it and get you dialed in quick.
