Height Controller

Hi guys I dont know if this is the place but I have a Technagon Height controller and I can't see to get the pierce height right I can get it to work and then it will dive into the plate and crash and also I am having a problem cutting any thing over 3/16 and consomables are in the sky HELP

Since I have sold many thousands of these and designed it myself, I can say that I have heard about every possible problem and solved them. Please call me through the Dynatorch support line and I am sure we can see what the issues are. If something is broken, I can fix it also.
