No Print or Drawing

HELP! I am trying to find a way to to describe a External 4th Axis 400v Indexer and CNC Table wire harness. This is for the VCN Matrix Series (option cable) I need to describe it as if I had to order it with the connections wire awg and connector types. How would you describe the cable and you have no print.
