Settings for dummies

Hey all

Can we put together a printable settings chart. I've searched through the other threads and have not really come up with anything. I've tried to run with Hypertherms settings and crashed. I may have something set wrong. I got my settings from Leon via phone. I really need to be in production Monday.

Im calling Leon tommorow to reset my table up, had a bug or something in the computer, once i get all the settings we can compare notes if you want. The first time we did it, it worked well until the computer screwed up, are you running sheetcam?

I'm not running sheetcam. I do all my drawings in autocad. I have been using Flashcut in the past on a Practical CNC table. It was very very user friendly. I thought that I was going to go right in production when I purchased my DT table. I now realize I was wrong and will have to work through the bugs to get it to actually cut something.
My dilemma is getting the cut settings right so I can get the THC to work. I attached a spreadsheet so we can record and save the cut settings.
