Yes it's about at-least 5 years old maybe older like 7 years old. I bought it new and it's paid for itself about 50 times. I think it has High Frequency Start. Basically it can cut up to 1/2" good and it will penetrate thru 3/4" but never do I use it for such thick mat. Today Leon at DT told me that some are successfully using HF systems but it's really hard on computer equipment. And you have to make a few components. Anyone successfully tackled such a feat?... I'm leaning towards a new machine at this point but then again... Decisions Decisions...
