I use TurboCAD V15 Deluxe for drawing brackets and stuff. I use Sheetcam TNG to convert what I drawn into G Code (forgive me if I sound a little sketchy of details because I am not a technical guy) and my 5 x 10 DT to cut the stuff out. In an effort to expand my capability I purchased Coreldraw X5 and have been slowely teaching myself how to draw arty type stuff. My problem (and after reading a bit, I understand is not new) is the 'notchy' type circles, curves and text I get when importing drawings drawn in Coreldraw into Sheetcam. I have no such problems with stuff drawn in TurboCAD. I understand that the fix is the dxftool program. The question I have is what is the main differences between the Standard and professional versions and ... which one would I need? |
