anyone have a good set up for cutting duct thin galvy 24 ,26 ga. amps, ipm, sp, etc. also could use some help with vertex slowdown, i run mine at 50/50 but dont really understand the exact mechanics of it of it. |

| The settings I use for ductwork are arc voltage 85 and speed 200ipm. I'm using a powermax 1000 with finecut consumables with the plasma set at 30amps. These setting are best for 26g to 20g sheetmetal. Running great for about 4 yrs. |

| cant seem to get up to 200ipm, anything after 180 the corners get sloppy like it cant handle the speed and you hear the gantry banging a bit. I think the corner slowdown is not set right, have it 50degree/65% with acceleration at 6. |
