Dynatorch used for wood routing too??? - CNCzone.com-The Largest Machinist Community on the net!

Hello everyone. I have a 5x10 dynatorch table that is currently being used as only a plasma cnc. I would like to also use it as a router cnc since I teach not only metal fab but wood working classes as well. Is this even possible? What software do you guys recommend? Could I have both the metal software and wood software on one computer or would I need two? I am open to any suggestions.

Give Leon or Mike a call. I am not sure but think the DT thc is NOT coordinated with the X,Y axes. That would make it hard to use it as a router.
