I own a performance parts manufacturing business, we make things the old fashioned way. I guess many of you know what this means: measure, cut, grind, weld.
I began looking at all the CNC plasma systems availble, if they were available I called and talked to the companies. I never got the warm and fuzzy feeling from any of them. I say that mainly because I knew absolutely nothing about them or CNC. All I knew was time is money and I needed more of both, the ability to precisely make parts quickly is a wise investment.
As a business owner selling products, I knew the answers to all my customers questions, when they inquired about one of my products. For some reason I could never get all the information I needed from any of the CNC plasma companies, to make my decision.
I bought the Dynatorch based upon a few things, the limited feedback I could find was positive and the location was close to me geographically.
I now realize the value of the investment I made with them. I find new things out about the machine on a daily basis, that amaze me as to the fore thought that went into it.
There is a learning curve to it, but when you pull that first child off of the table, you are a proud Papa!
I want to say thank you to Greg, Walt, Leon and the crew at Dynatorch. We spent a few days there taking training and they are wonderful people, made us feel like family. To anyone on the ropes in deciding what to buy, as it is a difficult process to decide. Buy a Dynatorch, I am sure glad that I did.
