HELP Dynapath delta-40tulc

Just bought this machine and i am trying to get it running. someone disconnected the ka4 relay so I get no power to the servo drivers. the problem is that the manual I was given is for a Anilam control and the wires don't match. does anyone have info fore wiring this relay? thanks for any help

KA4 doesn't match the numbering of the Dynapath information I have -- perhaps that is machine specific? On what machine is this Dynapath control installed?
