I have a Dyna 40 controller on a Lagunmatic 3516. Tool change has become hit or miss. (Mostly miss). The spindle will spin to orientate, hit its mark then turn very slowly. If it does that the machine is locked up. Only an E stop will get it out of the loop. Sometimes it will stop at orientation, the tool carousel will start to move over and then slam back home. (And I mean SLAM back home). I have changed the orientation sensor (A $537.00 part!!!) and it did absolutely no good. Sometimes it will change tools five or six times without problems, but eventually it always happens. I can't figure it out.
