Delta 20 conversion

Hi All,
Have a couple of Clausings with Delta 20 controls. One of them is giving a RAM error upon start up. Any ideas? I have reset the boards w/no improvement. Anyone ever convert one of these to Mach3 or EMC?

I love the Dynapath, but parts and smarts have to make there money on board repair. I think that a mach 3 setup would be ideal for a dynapath replacement, but I think you would need the correct motor driver for those servo motors. All the dynapaths i've seen are +/- 10vdc to the servos. I think you could still get all the hardware and mach 3 cheaper than one or two replacement boards.

I am going to review the manuals that I have for the Dynapath and the BP and see what I can figure out. I've got 3ph power so I would think (in my simplified version of the world) that I could use the existing power supplies and motors and use the new control for direction and feed back. It looks like I might have to change out the encoders to something more control friendly, but that's not as involved as swapping out motors / mounts / drives. Any comments / suggestions?
