hello, On start up machine showed a servo alarm 006B S , I know is a spindle alarm but don't know how to fix it. It also says ATC not initialized. Anyone knows what is this about? I would appreciate some hints, Thanks. |

| Which control do you have? L3? 520? ATC initialization is done after performing the zero return of the X & Z axes. Turn the Mode Select switch to T, go to the TOOL/PARAM screen. Use the soft keys at the bottom to get to the PLC-SW menu. Then locate the ATC Initial parameter, enter the number at the bottom and press enter. Make sure the turret is clear because it will try to spin to tool #1. |
