I've been using our dual plasma/router table mostly with the router on it. I switched over to plasma today to cut out some parts and I can't get the THC to work. I programmed the parts in Sheet Cam, everything looks right in it and on the Mach 3 screen. But when I run the parts, the torch never shuts off,it's even on through all the rapid moves. It never went down to reference where the material was at. So, where do I start looking to find out why it's not working? I did check to make sure the sensor cord was connected good to the control box. Sorry if this is something simple...I suck at trouble shooting. Thank you for any help anyone can offer.Susan |

| OK, no need for anyone to respond. Tech Support got back with me. But in case anyone else runs into this problem... the problem was the post processor. I had Mach 2 post processor in Sheet Cam, and they said I needed to have MP1000THC post processor. They e-mailed the post processor to me and everything is working fine now. |
