    DM2800 transformer needed?

My transformer (under the control cabinet) output is 38 volts where it's supposed to be 115 volts. Is there a suitable replacement? Anything that fits? Schematic calls it a 1.05KVA. Or can I simply bypass the transformer since my line voltage runs 118-122 volts?

    My bad

I measured the voltage across the wrong terminals. Bypassed it & it still didn't work, found out it's the power supply.
