HELP!!!!Dyna Myte DM2016M LOST PARAMETERS

I am new to the forum so i hope this is in the right place.
I have a Dyna Myte DM2016M with a Mitsubishi meldas 520AM. Yesterday between parts it came up with an error Y02 SYSTEM ALARM,it had no series of numbers after it to indicate what the problem was.
So that was my first problem,now after turning it off and back on the controller displays the first Mitsubishi meldas screen that always comes up when first turned on but nothing else.I cant navigate away to any other screens which makes me think i have lost parameters some how.
If there is anyone out there who has the same machine and would be happy to share parameters it would be greatly appreciated. As would any other advise as to what the alarm problem could be.
