I have Dolphin Cad, and I'm running Mach2 on a milling machine. Everytime I make a part that requires a tool change, the tool offset for the second tool does not activate. Just before the request for the 2nd tool to be put in (manually), there's a G49 command to cancel offsets. When I hit start after the tool change, I've been told that there should be a G43 command to enable offsets. My PPR is not putting it in there. Could someone please show me what line to modify in my PPR file to install a G43 command after a tool change !! Thanks for any help. |

| After a bit of thinking, I don't think the issue is with the Cad or Cam files because there are no provisions for tool offset information. I would still like to find out how to add a G43 code to my PPR after a tool change. Anyone? Thanks |
