"A" Axix (4th axis) in PM PRO Mill

I've been using PM Turn for some time but am new to PM PRO Mill. From videos, etc. can figure out most normal procedures, however can't seem to find much info on how to do 4th axis. Can someone provide me an example CAD and CAM files, say a simple machining of a hex from a 1" dia rod. Prehaps this will turn on the lights. Sure would appreciate the help.

Do you have a post processor that is even equipped for the 4th axis?

PM include a post processor for Mach3. I run A axis on other CAM software to Mach3 without a problem. My problem is how to do CAD/CAM correctly in PM so can create file for Mach3 to read. PM appears to handle 4th axis different from any method I'm familiar with. That's the reason I asked for an example of a simple hex (bolt head).

Update(10/10): Now have post processor for Mach3 Rotary. It works. Still would like to have someone send me example noted above. Understand how rotary works, etc. but do not understand how do drawing in CAD to get results desired.

To be honest something like a hexagon I'd hand code on the machine, I have never thought about how you would handle this.
I do have some examples of complex 4th axis work and can post later if you want.

Gotta go out now to collect a new machine, well a press actually.

John, thanks. Guess my primary problem is understanding/visualizing how to draw something in CAD that can convert to rotary. For example cutting a 6-spline on a 1" shaft. Prehaps you could send me via Private Message couple not-to-complex rotary CAD and CAM examples for me to study. I have another program that handles the hex easily.
