Car club plaque relief done with Dolphin PartMaster

I just finished 11 of these tonight. They are .25 CRS car club plaques for a local club. The part was lasered out of the blank and then I milled the recessed areas(.050" deep) between the letters and some of the open areas of the letters to give the letters a 'raised' appearance. Might make some minor improvements to the milling for the next batch, but I think they turned out pretty good. The part is roughly .25" x 9.5" x 11.625" and it reads: "LatinUnion" in case it is not real clear.

Very nice work indeed What about alchromating or anodising it? (not criticising, just suggesting).

Thanks for the compliment. I believe the car club will be chroming them and I think if they paint the relieved areas it will be a good contrast, but I am not sure what they have in mind. I think they could do a lot more to give it accents like some chamfers or radiused edges, or even some fancy engraving, but everything adds to the cost too.
Best regards,

Looks nice Wes. Be sure to post a pic when it's completely finished so we can see.

Regards,
I could not edit the original post to repair the picture link, so I am replying with the picture included. I have not been able to get a picture of the plaque with the finish yet, but I will post it if and when I get it.
