Just thought I'd post a public thank you to the Dolphin Support chap here and the UK support woman who helped me considerably.
The chap here contacted the UK office and they phoned me the next day with an immidiate solution to my problem of upgrading (I have about 6 different versions of Dolphin here).
My predecessor had got Dolphin to make a custom post processor for an Allen Bradley and a Custom Macro for lens machining. Dolphin had even kept copies of these!
I am very impressed by the level of professionalism and competence and in these days, that counts for a lot.
Folk are quick enough to complain when they get bad service so It's just as right to say thanks when you get good service.
