| You need to go to the Post Processor download area of their website and get the one you need. |

| The problem is the installer isn't set up for W7 yet. i had this problem months ago. I had to manually make a new directory for the application data [ post processor files ] and them copy all the files I needed from another computer into this file. The problem is the files for the post processors are called different names in XP and W7, this is why they are missing. What is needed is a correct W7 installer. ![]() John S. |

Andre, I have installed Windows7 running through parallels on my iMac. I have gone through all the steps you have outlined above. The patch has been extracted into the ProgramData on the C drive. The post processors still do not appear when I go to post process. Any idea what I am doing incorrectly? Thanks...Ron |

| Hello, I have not installed PartMaster under the Parallels - Win7 option of the MAC but I know customers who are running it succesfully with the WinXP partition. I don't know if this is the cause of the problem. Can you navigate to the folder C:\ProgramData\PartMaster\PostProcessors using Windowd Explorer ? If so, you should see the files there. If you can't see any files with .ppr or .ppx extensions then they haven't been copied correctly. Also in CAM check the following. View > Preferences > Folders - make sure the folders for post-processors is correct. When post-processing go to the Advanced option and ensure that the option to search for the post-processor in a local folder is unchecked. When you post process are there any entries in the drop down box ? Hope this helps. ATB Andre |
