I'd like to thank Rodney at Dolphin for his help. I made a few mistakes setting up my software and Rodney quickly helped me get it all sorted and working properly.

The online tutorials are great and packed with simple to follow instructions.
With the few other questions I had, I promptly received personal replies to questions before and after purchasing Dolphin PartMaster.

I really couldnt agree more. Every time I have needed help, he or someone at Dolphin has replied near instantly. Certainly something I didnt expect beings the cost is pushed more for us small timers. Dolphin has passed all my expectations many times.

They respond quickly and do everything possible to help resolve your problem.

Totaly agrees too, when I phoned them for a custom post processor they made for my predecessor which got lost somewhere they even said "Oh, we've got a copy of it- we'll send you it, no problem".

The software key was lost too and they sorted that out within minutes.

Very friendly, professional and helpfull. Thoroughy recommended.

And the woman I spoke to had a sexy Scottish accent heh
