    Need Help

    I am having trouble post processing to Mach3. I am trying to cut an A-frame and in Dolphin cam it runs fine in simulation but when I open it in Mach3 the arcs are circles. I have tried every thing I know HELP!!! I have attached the file but changed the extion to doc instead of txt.

    Whats the name of the ppr you are using

    This sounds like the config setting in Mach3.

    In Mach select Config from the main menu then select General Config, look at the second column of entries and find the section on IJ mode. Change it to the other option from the current setting and re-load the gcode file.

    If this doesn't cure it let us know.

    I tried that and all it does it change the size of the circles.

    They the mach 3 inc post. If I remember right, I had trouble with the one you tried as well.

    Unzip and put this file into the Applications data folder inside Dolphin Partmaster.

    Thanks I will give it a try. I one I downloaded was dated 6/2010 but i will try this one.
