| There are two methods for doing this type of feature. 1) Define the tool geometry as Primary angle 120 included -60, this will make the tool equal about the X axis. Then use a series of simple Goto commands to drive the tool to the required positions. 2) Draw the the groove as part of the Profile in CAD then use the Proturn command to machine the shape, use the Options tab to set the Start and End spans to limit the machining to just the VEE shape.
