DMM 1000rpm 750w Servo - Low RPM for servo?

I've been in contact with dmm regarding their 750w servo which I would like to incorporate into a new build. My problem is however they state 1000rpm as the peak mechanical speed.

I have been told the new dyn3 drive may run the motor at 3000rpm but this is still being tested by them.

Now I dont have any experience with servos but do feel that 1000rpm is way too slow. I have great success with steppers and not feel in my cnc router builds I'll see much benefit by switching to a setup with such limiting speeds. The positioning is obviously an advantage however this has never been an issue for me, it's speed and accuracy m looking for now.

Is 1000rpm common for servos? I've only seen 3-6k, rarely 1000?

DMMs communication has been great but I seem to get better info from the posts on here rather than from their website. I also note that nowhere on their website do they mention the new drive increasing the speeds or the advantages they offer.

I'm not sure if I need to look elsewhere for an alternative supplier but dmm tech price is so competitive I'm compelled to wait it out I think.

Anyone here tried these motors at speeds higher than 1000rpm?

The 1000 RPM is when the motor is run on the 48V Dyn 2 Drives, with the new drive with
110v/220V ac input it will run at 3,000 RPM

The new drive was only released last month,& there is up dates going on there website all the time, Which is also new, but they have not got much on the new drive yet

Next month they will be testing 1.5KW & 2KW AC Servo motors with the new Drive

How about RPM for 900 watt motor using new drive Dyn3? Can go up also using higher voltage?

There is no 900w motor, that number is the max output when run on Dyn2 48v Drive's, the motor is 750w which on the Dyn3 runs at 3,000 RPM & was tested to over 5,000RPM
