Toggle the active low setting in ports and pins >input pins for the estop.
I've just finished my new 4' x 2' CNC build. Running Keling steppers and KL-5056 drivers. Cannot get the E-stop to reset on the Mach3 screen. Can I have the pins config wrong. I know it's wired correct and the limits are wired correct. Where should I start looking?

I tried that but no go. I have called Keling for support and have checked my wiring 10 times over. I even disabled the E-stop in config under ports and pins and it will not clear. All my voltages are correct and the three motors are electrial locked. I'm starting to wonder if I should un-install the Mach 3 and reinstall?? Any other ideas??
Have you tried killing the power to everything (Mach3-PC, Cnc-machine, everything...) then try to boot back up?

I just did a reboot but no go. I then went into ports and pins and enabled active low and no go. Then tried enabled active low and emundated and it cleared WTF. Is this OK?? to run like this?
update. Now that it cleared I cannot jog any axis. The software seems to be working but no movement from the motors. Very odd. I know I have it all wired correct as per Keling drawings. Any ideas out there
Do the DRO's change when you try to jog?

Make sure your parallel cable is straight through.
All good questions.
I checked the parellel cable with a meter and it's straight thru.
The DRO's do change and try to jog but no movement from the motors
The Estop is connected to the board. I'm not sure what you mean by the Estop pin??
It's acting like the cable is not hooked up. How do I check if the port address is correct? I really do appreacite the help here guys.
What breakout board do you have?
Watch the setup video on www.machsupport.com and it'll show you how to get the correct port address from the device manager. If the DRO's change, then either you've wired something wrong, or the port is wrong.
And, fwiw, usually when someone says everything is wired correctly, the wiring is the problem. You need to triple check everything, then check it again. If the port is set correctly, triggering a limit switch should light an LED on Mach's diagnostic screen, provided the pins are setup correctly.
Do you have an E-Stop switch wired to a breakout board?

Also, the easiest way to troubleshoot something like this, is to disconnect everything, and start with a single motor. Get that to work, then add another. Keep ading one component at a time, making sure it works with each added component. This is especially true with limit switches, where false triggers from noise is a common occurrence.
